HR : What's your name?

HR : Could you spell your surname for me, please?
M : N-A-K-A-H-A-R-A.
HR : Okay ... I see it. You're staying for 12 nights, is that right?
M : Yes, that's right.
M : Oh, if possible I'd like to make a change.
HR : Certainly. What would you like to change?
M : I reserved a standard room, but I think I'd like something with a bath—not just a shower.
HR : No problem. I can put you in one of our club rooms. They all have baths.
M : How much extra would I have to pay?
HR : It would be 30 pounds more per night, with breakfast.
M : Hmm ... that's more than I had planned but I'll take it. ...
HR : Here's your key: room 318.
